Information We Process
Microphone and Speech Recognition
When you start a session, the App uses your microphone and Apple's speech recognition (iOS Speech framework) to turn speech into text in real time. Depending on your device, language, and settings, Apple may process the audio on your device or send it to Apple's servers to perform recognition, under Apple's Privacy Policy. We never receive, record, or store your audio.
The App asks for microphone and speech recognition permission before the first session. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Translation
Recognized text is translated entirely on your device using Google ML Kit on-device translation models. The text you translate is not sent to us, to Google, or to any other translation service.
Language Packs
Language packs you choose are downloaded from Google. Google ML Kit may collect limited diagnostic and usage information about these on-device features; see Google's Privacy Policy.
Fonts
The App may download its interface font from Google Fonts the first time it runs. Like any web request, this exposes your device's IP address to Google; no transcript or personal content is included.
Transcripts and Meeting History
Transcripts and translations from your sessions are stored locally on your device in an encrypted database, protected by a key kept in the iOS Keychain. We have no access to this data. You can delete individual sessions in the App, and all history is removed when you uninstall the App.
Exports and Sharing
When you export or share a transcript (as text or PDF), the file is created on your device and passed to the iOS share sheet. It goes only to the destination you choose.
Settings Stored on Your Device
The App stores your settings (language pair, app language, theme), onboarding progress, review-prompt state, and your subscription status locally on your device. This data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The App checks your purchase status with Apple to unlock premium features.
Ratings
The App may occasionally ask you to rate it using Apple's standard in-app review prompt. Ratings and reviews are handled by Apple.
