Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Meetimg AI - AI Translator (the "App"), published by OXVENU ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The App transcribes speech from your microphone in real time and translates it on your device, and keeps a searchable history of your sessions that you can export. Speech recognition is provided by Apple; translation uses Google ML Kit language packs that run on your device.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Recording Consent

You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right, and any consent required by law, to transcribe a conversation. Laws in many places require the consent of everyone being recorded or transcribed. Do not use the App to capture conversations you are not permitted to capture.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Free Tier

The App can be used for free with a limited session length. Longer sessions require a premium subscription ("Meetimg Pro").

Premium Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis and are managed through the Apple App Store.
• Some plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your Apple ID is charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

Translation Accuracy

Transcriptions and translations are produced automatically by machine learning models and can be inaccurate or miss context, names, tone, or meaning. Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, safety-critical, or other important communication without verifying the result with a qualified human. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any transcription or translation.

Your Content

You keep ownership of your transcripts and translations. They are stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you are responsible for keeping copies of anything you need. Deleting the App deletes its history.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including transcribing people without the consent the law requires.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Circumvent free-tier limits or subscription restrictions through technical means.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks within the App are owned by or licensed to OXVENU. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, speech recognition, and in-app review) and Google (ML Kit language packs and fonts). Your use of these features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OXVENU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss or harm resulting from reliance on transcriptions or translations provided by the App, or from the loss of data stored on your device. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
